Yeah, the Tea Party loves to throw stuff like this around. But it’s not liberal, it’s NOT liberal. Get it?
Mmmmm, it seems the first clause is complete interpretation. The second clause is more like it. Rather than “restrictive to individual choice and freedom” I would say “unworthy of individual freedom by lack of self-education.
